Easy warm up run. Ran 5000m in 19:24. (My goal for today was 19 minutes or less. I was 24 seconds over my goal. I have decided that when I do a work out and set a goal for the time I want to run, I will put 10 yen (about10 cents) in a jar for each second over my goal. It will become a savings for new running shoes. Today, I was 24 seconds over my goal, so I will put 240 yen ($2.40) in the jar. Ran an easy cool down to get 10 miles. PM: 5 mile walk |
