Warm up run. 10 x 1000m (30-second rest in between) (The goal was to do these in 3:40. I did them in 4:05 (+0:25), 3:36, 3:37. 3:49(+0:09), 3:38, 3:36. 3:39. 3:40. 3:45(+0:05), 3:36. Three of them were over the target goal, so I put (25 + 9 + 5) x 10 yen = 390 yen (about $3.90) into my shoe fund.) Cool down run to about 10 miles. I really enjoyed today's workout.
