10 miles easy with some fast sprinting spurts mixed in. Has been a really good week of running. I was able to do a better recovery on recovery days this week. I am not as tired as I was at the end of last week. I feel much more rested. My hard days were able to be hard, which has left me with some calf, hamstring and glute soreness, but a nice rest tomorrow should be good for that.
