I met a bunch of friends to do the loop around Sugar Leo and the Bloomington River Trail.  This wasn't as relaxed as "Fun Fridays" normally are.  This was a little challenging to push the pace after yesterday's workout.  My legs were pretty tired from that tempo run, but I was able to hang with the slower group and even chat with them while running.  Ave pace: 8:10 for the 5.25 miles.

About an hour after I got back, I took all the kids over to the Deseret Hills Track and a few neighbors came and some other friends.  I ran a lap with Alex and Austin, pushing the jogging stroller. (I am totally counting that .25 in my mileage-haha). The kids ran a couple laps to warm up, then we did a few 100m races, then we went up the the upper soccer field and played a few games like freeze tag, red rover, red light/green light.  Our idea here is to get the kids out moving around and just have fun.  I think they enjoyed it and we will try to do this once a week this summer in addition to swimming for exercise for the kids.
