WOW i did it, ten miles. I ran it at a 8:13 pace, my goal was 8:20, I think i was tired or something and just wanted to get it done!!

Ran outside today with some friends from church and my cousins. The temp. was between 8 to 13 degrees, very cold. So i only ran four miles at a 8:00 pace. I am planning on running one to two miles later. I hope.....

Ran six miles at 8:06 per mile.. I am still not feeling well. I did find out today that running the treadmills will not be enough for me, i need to do some more cross training. Any suggestions?

Ran five miles today at a 7:47 pace. I am trying something new, i am going to run a minimum of five miles a day and then use the elliptical machine for a minimum of fifteen min.. Then on the sixth day i am going to run ten miles. I was told by a trainer that using the elliptical machine would help me with my treadmill training. Also, i had a body fat measurement done and it told me that i was at 20% plus. So some how i need to start lifting weights to help decrease my fat measurement.
