| I started running today at a nice slow pace, but by the time i made it to 0.89 miles my MP3 player broke so i stopped to see if i could fix it. After i realized i could not fix it I grabbed another player and started running again. I ran the rest of my run at a pace of 7:47 per mile. For cross training i did the elliptical machine for fifteen min. |

| I needed to run eleven miles tonight because tomorrow is my wifes b-day, and i need to take the day off for her. So anyway my pacer per mile was really fast for me so i am really tired right now. My pace per mile was 7:35. |

| Todays run was very hard for me. I ran my 5.5 at a 7:50 pace per mile, but my problem is when i run at night then get up to run the next morning i do not do very good. All day my heart has been giving me problems. It feels like it is either racing or i get very week and i can not do very much until it passes. I would like some suggestions if anyone out there have any. My wife the nurse don't know what to say about it. For cross training i did the elliptical machine for fifteen min. |

| This week will be different for me.. I have decided to cut my running by half because i feel my legs need a rest. So my long run for the week will be five miles and then the rest of the week will be around two in a half miles. For me i feel that my training is moving along very well and i think i need this break. |
