What caused you to have a rough day?

From barry on Tue, Jan 01, 2008 at 03:08:44

I was feeling dizzy and sick. Gina thinks my blood pressure dropped down, which caused me to be dizzy and sick. I kinda think i over did it yesterday.

I would do a couple days of slower runs and see how you feel. Also check your heart rate of these runs.

Thanks for the advice; I will slow it down on Wednesday run. The weird thing about my dizziness and sickness is it really only happens when I run in the afternoon then get up the next day to run in the morning!
