Todays run was very hard for me. I ran my 5.5 at a 7:50 pace per mile, but my problem is when i run at night then get up to run the next morning i do not do very good. All day my heart has been giving me problems. It feels like it is either racing or i get very week and i can not do very much until it passes. I would like some suggestions if anyone out there have any. My wife the nurse don't know what to say about it. For cross training i did the elliptical machine for fifteen min. |
