Ran five miles today at a 7:47 pace. I am trying something new, i am going to run a minimum of five miles a day and then use the elliptical machine for a minimum of fifteen min.. Then on the sixth day i am going to run ten miles. I was told by a trainer that using the elliptical machine would help me with my treadmill training. Also, i had a body fat measurement done and it told me that i was at 20% plus. So some how i need to start lifting weights to help decrease my fat measurement. |
