Personal:
I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Have a goal to get out every day this week. Not much, but I got up and out for a bit. Time was short since I was taking my wife to breakfast for her birthday. (Distance: 305.5)
Great run this morning in the chilly temps! Went over the red hill and ended at the park. Same as last Saturday. Felt really good and hope I can feel that good at the end next week. (Triumph 5-B: 403)
