I started running in 2004 when I needed to lose 100 lbs. or so. I got active with running and triathlons and still continue to participate in the local active events. I am married with 3 children.
Got out with Bum and Rufio for the Green Spring loop. Enjoyed the Newton Energy as I am gradually seeing if that is a brand for me. Starting to become a more eclectic running shoe kinda guy. The run was comfortable. Need to start some longer runs. (Energy: 9)
