Was too tired to run last night, so I decided to do a morning run and actually followed through with that decision.  Body really wanted to go faster at the start, but I held it back.  Good thing, cause the end of the run was HOT!  Body has been giving me some aches after consistently pushing faster the last week.  Just wanted to get the miles in.  Nice to see my average HR so low on a run.

Yeah, I've lost about 25 lbs in 3 - 4 months. I haven't been very good the last week though.
