Another sweet run.  Being in Chicago three or four days each week working as an on call pilot may just be the best thing to happen to my running for a while.  Lots of days off with no calls into work!

I've found the Des Plaines River trail network in Chicago.  Holy crap, 50 miles of beautiful soft single track under shade trees.  I saw 14 deer today.  Got into the groove even though it was 90 and humid.
