An incredible run today from Trenton, Jersey into Pennsylvania along the Delaware River Canal State Park trail. Just got in 20 miles of the 60 that this trail has. Got down to Washington Crossing on the Delaware, stepped in the visitors center for five minutes and ran back up. This entire canal trail is like a run through American history.

Great run! Did you have to duck under the bridges? I thought about running this a while back:

It sounds really cool. I am originally from Levittown, and took many school field trips to Washington Crossing. Yes, Trenton Makes, The World Takes.

Only if you're Hessian, Rob.

Tom, I'll be spending a lot of time through this next year in Trenton, and I was dreading it. For any of us from the West the thought of moving to Jersey isn't pleasant. But then I got there and have been getting to know the country and it's incredible. The old towns, the cool downtown areas, the museums, the trails...

I'm loving it
