AM: Got out around 6:15ish and just headed over to sunrise tire and went up and over foremaster. Then i went to 20450 and did 5 miles of barefoot running, then a mile back home. No stomach problems.
Breakfast included milk, water, frosted flakes, and my last pill for my sinus infection. :) Woo!
lunch included 64 oz of root beer! and 64 oz of water, 2 ham sandwiches and some reeses candy.
late afternoon included more water and a cup cake.
Dinner was 2 grilled ham and cheese sandwhiches with some milk. TODAY MY ANTI-ACID PILLS RAN OUT. |
