AM: Pretty hard day at acceleration. Plyos are marked up to 210 percent of body weight! Its rough, and some long runs on the tred mill of death! Its so boaring. :) PM: First official day of track. Decent number of boys, very sad amount of girls. But thats why we start early so we can get more out! :) But any ways, we talked about some basics and then we headed out to do old man hills. :) we did 5X (2X200 1X400) I didnt get the garmin today so i didnt get my times. I just had a great work out, ran really strong at the first and was thinking i might burn out, but i just kept digging, hitting times all close to each other. Then of course the last ones were a bit faster. I think about a 1:11 on the last 400. Just a great work out, I brought my A game. ;)
