Personal:
Easy 4.5 miles today. Going for a longer run tomorrow to build up the aerobic base.
PM-12 miles today with some speed changes in the middle. Rolling hill course.
AM-6 miles steady before work.
PM-Easy 4 mile jog at lunch.
Progressive ten mile steady state run this afternoon. A better diet and more hydration have definitely made the difference lately.
AM-Easy 10 mile recovery jog today.
Easy 12 mile aerobic run up towards the canyon o/b.
Easy 6 miles today with some speed changes at the end. Starting to feel a bit of aerobic fitness coming back again.
