Personal:
No run today. Working on laundry and house cleaning instead. Glad that Halloween is over now.. I don't celebrate this holiday as it contains so much evil and other bad things associated with it.
AM-Easy 10 mile run before work.
PM-Easy 4 miles at lunchtime. My co-workers think I'm a bit nuts to run on my lunch break. It's what keeps me going though..
AM- 5 miles easy on 7th east.
PM- 5 miles to work. Not so easy.. I remember when 7:30/mile pace felt really easy. Not so much today.. Welcome to middle age:)
AM-8 miles steady state.
PM-Easy 4 mile walk jog at lunch.
AM-Easy 6 miles with weights later.
AM- Alternating 10 mile run with efforts at 15k to marathon pace. Felt strong today over the distance.
