AM-8 miles easy. 4 on the mill (29:55) .5%-1% incline and 4 on the road at 7-8/min pace.Feeling good about aerobic progress just still a bit tired and tight from the high mileage.  Found a really great quote by Eleanor Roosevelt that I thought I would share as a thought for the day.

AM-11 miles with 8x30 sec pickups at 5k effort. 94th/20th east extension.

Found this gem from the past concerning blood and lipid panel interpretation in runners by the guru himself Dr George Sheehan.

AM-6 miles 7th/94th/parkway extension including .5 mi strides. Felt like a brick this morning.. Not sleeping well at all because of this freaking ear noise flare up the last two nights. Going to cut mileage for a while and take melatonin and see if it helps any as per doctor's advice.

AM-16 miles with 6 on the road and 10 on the mill. 2x3 miles at 9.4-9.7/1% incline. Not the best of runs with some pf flare up but cardio wise it was better than it has been in a long while which was a positive.  Weights and planks afterwards.
