Went to the gym and did a full body circuit with low volume weight lifting. Just getting the body ready for future workouts.  I'm hoping to combine both weights and running to be a more balanced runner. Getting older you really start to understand the importance of this.

Went out for a two mile run today.  Tomorrow it will be 10 miles with some pickups.

Taking some inventory of parts and antique radios both restored and unrestored.  Too much and time to let go of this stuff. Keeping a few of the ones that mean the most to me.  Life is not about money or stuff it's about relationships.
