PM-13 mile progressive run. Warm out this afternooon which was kind of nice so I donned my racing shades and went shirtless half the way. Kinda scary I know..
AM-Easy 5 miles at 7-7:30/mi pace. Stretching and core afterwards.
AM-10 miles easy-medium. 6:30-7:25/mi.
AM-9 miles progressive Union/13th east o/b.
AM-5 miles with the last 2 at 6:05 and 6:10. 7th/13th o/b.
AM-4 miles at 7:40-8:19/mi. Easy jog most of the way.
AM-10 miles with the last 4 at 5:57-6:10/mi pace. Hills..
