AM-Easy 5 miles after work. 7:30-8/min pace.  Neighborhood loop.

PM-Easy 10 miles before school.  7/min pace.  7th/13th east loop out towards Draper and back.

AM-Easy 5 miles at 7-7:30/mi.  To Lowes out and back.

PM-Easy 6 miles via Trax and Starbucks loop. 6:45-7:05/mi.

AM-6 miles easy.  6:40-7/min pace.  First mile was pretty good at 7:05 then came home for the last three at a consistent 6:40-45/mi pace.  

 PM-9 mile time trial with a 6 mile progressive run starting at MP then finishing fast at 10k effort but not all out for the final mile.  33:18 total time for the tempo.  Good run today but not where I want to be yet fitness wise.

PM-2/-Easy-medium 10 miler. High aerobic at 6:30/mi for last 5 miles to reinforce the tempo workout previously. 1:09:16 total time. Trax loop up to Dimple Dell on this one for a few more small hills.  I don't know why but I should feel wiped out by now however I don't.   Back to work tonight. 

Easy stretching afterward for 20 min.

Long run of 20 miles today at the indoor track.  Finished the last 4 miles at sub six minute pace to finish strong.  Could have run harder today at the end but imposed a personal speed limit.  I want to have some wheels on still so I can boost my mileage again next week.
