In the morning, 20 mile run with the last 10 miles at about 5:45-5:50 pace. 5 easy miles in the evening.
Easy running in three runs. 9+7+5.
A tempo run in the Provo Canyon with Sasha. 2x3 downhill. Strong headwind. Alternating leads 1 minute. 15:56 on the first, 15:54 on the second. Feeling depleted, but still moving.
5 easy miles in the evening.
Easy 6 in the morning. Easy 6 in the afternoon.
In the morning, 12 mile run with a 4 mile tempo. In evening, 3 mile jog.
12 mile run with 6 3 minute accelerations with a 10 K effort.
