| 9:15 a.m. 6.25 mile trail run with Rick, Tina, Helen, and Jennifer in Settlement Canyon. Up past Camp Wapiti and back then the Dark Trail up to the gate and back to the toll booth. 3 very tough ladies to run with and introduce my son to trail running. |
