Keep running for another 20 years.

Personal:

Married for 44 years to a wonderful and supportive wife. She's run 2 marathons herself in our earlier years so that helps.  4 boys, all married, and 10 grandchildren.  2 sons are runners. I celebrated 39 years of running madness, insanity, or at least OCD, on August 23rd, 2021.

Snow Canyon 1/2 Marathon. 1:36:18. 7:21 AP. 4th of 51 in M55-59 AG. 148/717 men's field. 201/1912 total field. Great day, great weather, great scenery! Felt strong throughout. Bettered last years time by 3 minutes+. Rick ran 1:28:13 for 5th in his AG. He has PR'd in each of his 5 half marathons this year! Way to go Rick!

Out and back along the Virgin River Pathway. 22:28, 7:13 AP, 4th in M50-59. 27th OA Men, 31st overall field. Rick was 11th overall and 3rd in M20-29, which won him a Pumpkin Pie. We had a good time today.
