My Mom donated half of her liver to me when I was 6 months old. I have now taken care of it for 24 years. I hope to do so for years to come.
I served a mission for my church in Fort Worth, Texas speaking Spanish 15'-17'.

2mile warm up. 2x1600m splits 5:26, 5:32. I was very happy with my times. 2mile cool down.
Top of best buy plus track laps.
Liberty park- 4 lap warm up 2 hard 2 easy. For the 2 laps hard I hit 18:01. On the cooldown Luke Peskedra passed us that was pretty cool!
