Knees still hurting. I talked to Brittany the school trainer, she said I need to stretch my quads for a full minute each. Also do butterfly stretches and hamstring stretches. Ran with Alta XC. (Davis, Blake, Alec, Jacob A, and Coach K.

Take care of all that stuff now before the knee problem escalates. The little stuff like staying committed to stretching, etc will really pay off.
