Yasso-ish 800s on the treadmill. I really needed this workout, I have been feeling very blah about my speed lately and so it was a bit of a confidence boost to have this workout feel so easy and not too stressful, and to be able to do it at faster paces and more reps than last time. 2 mile warm up, then 10 x 800 with 400 jogging recovery. Recovery pace was 8:49. 6 reps at 5:52 pace, 2 reps at 5:49 pace, 1 at 5:46 and 1 at 5:42. 1.75 mile cooldown. |
