Wanted to go long today since my next opportunity due to childcare issues is Monday, but I got off work emotionally, physically, and mentally exhausted and tried a treadmill hill workout instead. Had to tone it down I was such a mess. some runs suck. 1 mile warm up, 1mile up, 1 down, half mile flat, .5 up, .5 flat, .5 up, .5 flat, .25 up, .5 flat, .25 up, .25 flat, 1 mile down, .5 flat, .5 down, 1 flat. let's just say rolling hills. yuck. should've just ran easy because I could not hang on the ups or downs today. |
