I ate way too much sugar yesterday and I was definitely feeling it today. I felt like absolute garbage this morning. Since this is a recovery week from me, I decided to run without a watch all week (except for Saturday). The pace felt a lot faster today than it has all week but I can not say for sure that it was. At least it felt better. My right ankle is still pretty sore but after 3 miles it doesn't bother me at all. |
