My legs are very sore today. Tried to stay at a comfortable pace but felt clunky for much of the run. Last night's swimming lesson was much better. I actually figured out the kick board and was able to go to the other end of the pool and back. I struggled a little with the freestyle but understand what I am doing wrong (forgot to breathe, going too fast). I think that I can actually go to the pool and do laps now. |
