Got out just as the freezing rain was turning to snow.  The first few miles were uncomfortable but got better once the wind died down and it stopped snowing sideways.  Physically I felt a little worn out.  The pace was slow (8:00/mile) and felt like it took more effort than it should have.

I think the first run in the snow is kind of like the first time you drive in the snow...you have to remember how to do it.

GOOD JOB braving the snow, wind and sleet. I opted for the TM today...too chicken to go outside.

Yeah it was a cold one. What is sad in just a few short months we will be thinking these temps are even warm.:(
