Paced the 1:50 group with Tom.  Absolutely perfect racing weather.  Uneventful pacing because we were right on pace from start to finish.  We held a 20 second cushion fo rmuch of the race and were on pace to the second at mile 12.  Tom and I have similar pacing styles so we worked well together.  I was concerned about being fully recovered from the marathon but the pace felt good the entire run.  A little slower than what I would like to run which is a good thing.  After I finished I ran beck to find Becky who was pacing the 2 hour group.  She did well for her first pacing experience.

"I was concerned about being fully recovered from the marathon," let's not forget the Half Marathon you ran the week before the Marathon...wow! Nice work.

Snow Canyon Half must have been exceptional today. Race envy!

You are a great pacer Andy, nice work!

Thanks so much for the pace bands, they really make our job so much easier.

You're a pacing expert! if I want to pace with you one of these days. Congratz to Becky too, for pacing her first race!
