still planning on the half on Saturday? I need you there. I ran the course last night and thought I should have invited you once I got there. Dumb mistake. the course is absolutely breathtaking. miles 7 to 10 have some up hill in it though, with a fast 5k finish.

I'm still "running" it. There is no way that I will be able to run with you. I might hang out with you for the first few miles but I will be lucky to hit 1:45. I'm in really bad shape (not even kidding a little bit).

Andy, no matter how bad of shape you think you are in, I'm betting on race day you are able to do at least 1:40 or better.
