I probably shouldn't have run this morning since the cold has settled in my chest.  Started the run with Jeremy, Trevor and Alan.  After a couple of miles it was just Jeremy and me and I knew I wasn't going to last.  Once we hit the uphill section, I told Jeremy to go ahead because I knew my lungs couldn't handle the extra strain from running up hill.  The last 3 miles were a bit of a struggle but I'm glad I got out.

Andy, please please please be careful. Running with junk in your lungs can be dangerous. I am 100% positive that is what made my asthma so bad last year.

Lots of rest and fluids today.

Get yourself better. You have San Diego!!!

Andy you need to take it easy kiddo! You don't want to make things worse, and then be down for along period of time...

I agree with Teena, lots of rest and fluids today, doctors orders!

Since your mom probably isn't on the blog, we will all be your mothers. BE A GOOD BOY AND REST! DRINK CHICKEN SOUP AND STAY IN BED:)

It was good to see you today. I wish you felt better. I think you were right I should have had you pace me today. I think I could have pulled off more consistent miles... plus it might be the only time I could have justified you running my pace. Again I hope you feel better soon and take care of yourself!

Andy, now that it's been a few months since your last big race and have had some time to log a ton of good base miles, what races are you looking at in the near future. Get some rest so that cold clears.
