I did 6x400 today with about 90 sec. rest. I started with a 2.3 mile warm which included a couple strides to get my legs going. I felt good through 4 of the 400s so I thought I would do 2 more but my last 2 I fell off pace. Overall it was a better workout and an improvement from last week. 91, 92, 92, 91, 95, 95.
