I did 5x400 meters with 1:10-1:20 min rest. This was my first real workout since the baby and it was hard but I'm glad I got it out of the way, hopefully they'll start to get easier. I was shooting for 1:40 for each 400. 1:37, 1:38, 1:38, 1:39, 1:38. 2 mile warm up 1.7 mile cool down.
I also did boot camp, muscles will be sore tomorrow.
