| | Ran easy in South Weber, not as sore as I thought I would be from the race. Ready to figure out some goals for the Ogden Half I'm running in May.

| | Ran in South Ogden while Sariah and Angie ran a workout. Feeling recovered from the race, I'll probably do a workout Thursday. AP 7:43

| | Today I was thinking I would do some 400s but then decided to do a tempo instead since i didn't really have a good place to do the 400s. The tempo was just going to be based on how I felt rather hitting a certain pace. I tried not to look at my watch while I was running. Splits (6:30, 6:34, 6:28, 6:20)

| | Cold and windy morning in South Weber. I wore some of Riley's fancy running clothes and realize he's had me running in rags. His expensive running clothes completely block out cold it was amazing.

SLCTC Winter 5K (3.14 Miles) 00:19:06, Place overall: 6, Place in age division: 1 | | This was a PR for me, so I'm happy with how it turned out. I was so close to breaking 19 minutes I wish I would've realized that sooner in the race and went for it. I tried not to look at my watch during the race and just go after it. I was shocked at the pollution out there, it did not do wonders for my lungs. 5Ks just feel fast to me now and are over so quickly. I enjoyed the flatness of the course though. I wish I knew my exact splits but my watch is on the fritz right now and I need to get it figured out so I can retrieve my race results. But overall happy with how my race ended and there was a lot of fast competition in both the mens and womens races. Happy for Riley who won!
