I ran the Classic Race in Layton today. I wanted to improve my time from the South Weber days 5K which I did. I was happy with my time and pleasantly surprised that I took 3rd place and won 25 dollars. I tried not looking at my watch during the race and run what I feel. It was a great race and I felt strong for the first time in a long time and glad to see I'm improving. AP for the race 6:38.

Very nicely done Ames! You're making great progress. You'll be back to your old running times soon if you just keep consistently plugging away at it. I'm proud of your efforts!
