I did a progression tempo run today. 2 mile warm up, then I got started and the whole thing felt like a struggle with the wind and fatigue probably from the other day. So I was a couple seconds slower per mile then I wanted to be. The original plan was start at 6:35 and progress down to 6:15 for my last mile. But ended up 6:37, 6:31, 6:24, 6:19. Not too bad still.
