I did 8x600s with Katie today. The goal was 2:06 for each 600 with 1:45 rest. We warmed up two miles. Splits were 2:02, 2:03, 2:05, 2:06, 2:04, 2:07, 2:06, 2:06. It's hard for me to find pace when I'm doing faster intervals. I wish I would've had time to do 2 more because I finally felt like I had the pace down towards the end.
