Some disappointment today with my workout. I was planning a 5:30 evening workout like I usually do on Wednesdays, but my mother in law offered to watch my kids in the early afternoon. She text me an hour after I ate my lunch and said she could tend, I thought my stomach wouldn't bother me, but it did. I should've just waited for my food to digest and go later. My tempo didn't go the way I planned. I was hoping for 4 miles at 6:45-6:50. But ended up 3 miles in 6:54, 6:53, 6:52. It felt terrible. |
