Wednesday workout day at Beus pond. I met up with Sariah and we did a 2.2 mile warm up. I decided to do 3x 400/1000/400/200 with 3 min rest between each set. I'm usually terrible at doing sets, I thought I would give it a try. 87/3:55/86/39, 89/3:58/86/41, 86/3:57/88/42. 2 mile cool down. These were the paces I thought I could hit, so I'm happy with how it turned out.
