Morning, lower body fix.

I wanted to run a workout today and decided on 8x400s. 2 mile warm up  ran them with 1:40 rest between each 400. Splits started out like this: 92, 92, 92, 94. After I ran the 94 I thought, that's enough of the 92-94 sec. 400 splits. I've been doing the same pace the last couple times I've attempted 400s and it was time to wake the mama bear up and get my body moving faster. I wanted to see some improvement so I focused up for the last 4 and ran 87, 88, 88, 87, I'm happier with that result. Hoping to see some more improvement. 1 mile cool down.

Nice workout! And way to wake yourself up! That's awesome! And the soreness will wear off and you will feel awesome!
