I woke up in Las Vegas this morning and did a workout I found a nice 1 mile loop around my hotel. Two mile warm up the plan was 6X1mile repeats at 6:10 pace. They felt pretty good for the most part, I felt like I had low on energy for the last two. I usually eat something for my workouts but I didn't get to this morning. 2:30 jog for rest. Splits were 6:11, 6:10, 6:07, 6:11, 6:13, 6:10.
