I did a 6 mile progressive tempo run this morning, the plan was first two miles 6:45, then next two at 6:30, then the last two at 6:15. Two mile warm up and cool down. Splits: 6:38, 6:46 ,6:31, 6:29, 6:22, 6:14. My 5th mile was not planned out well I had to transition to 6:15 pace on a hills, my effort was probably faster then 6:15 pace for that mile.
