Biked 10 miles avg 4:02 per mile. Really did this on Thursday and Yassos on Wednesday but entered it on the wrong day LOL

1 mile warm up =8:46

Yasso #1=3:22  Cool down=4:34 -----7:56

Yasso #2=3:36  Cool down=4:38------8:14

Yasso #3=3:36  Cool down=4:39------8:15

Yasso #4=3:39  Cool down=4:44------8:23

Yasso #5=3:43 Cool down=4:31-------8:14

1 mile cool down =8:23 (Not really a cool down but after the yasso's I felt like I was walking)
