Ran on the treadmill today...Very tired and lost an hour of sleep because of daylight savings time. Ran 6 miles in 58 min. Avg pace 9:40. Most days 9:40 pace is soo slow and I feel like im not going anywhere, and today I felt like I was sprinting. Gonna get some good sleep tonight!

Ran 5 miles at lunch on the trail with Colleen. What a beautiful day out. Wore shorts for the first time. Today was supposed to be an easy day with an avg pace around 9:40 but you know me....I try to slow down and actually did for 1 mile. Splits were 8:57, 8:49, 9:22, 9:47 (and you know what happened when I saw that one) 8:44. Damn I try to slow down for easy ones but panic that im not going to get faster by going that slow. Ill try harded next time. Finished in 45:44 Avg pace 9:08

Ran 6.5 miles on the track with Coll. Hot again today. Ran 1 mile warm up then 1@ 7:56, 1 @ 8:06, 1 @ 8:49, 1 slow one, then one cool down. When I was done ran around the track twice with Coll at an 8:02 pace to help her finish. Went to running club with the kids and did another slow mile there.
