Blizzard outside and snow over the kids heads. Did hill workout on the treadmill. 10 min warm up at an easy 9:40 pace then increased the speed to 6.5 9:13's and ran hills at 3, 5. and 7% until I had about a mile left was going to cool down but felt so good ran the first 1/2 at the same 9:13 pace then went to 8:34 for a 1/4 then 7:53 for the last 1/4. Avg pace 9:20's because of the warm up. I hate that!!! Oh well quality hill is what I wanted and thats what I got. |
