Ran in PA on treadmill. Felt good and a little faster but still no where near the speed I left off at. :( Takes so long to get back to normal after a month off.

So true....that is one thing that keeps me running. It is so hard to get back into it. Kinda hard this time of year. The weather here has been so cold and air quality has been horrible! I avoid the treadmill as much as possible but I did do a few miles on it last week.
